Dear Sir or Madam:

I am writing on behalf of DMMG S.A.R.L. (“Nutaku”) to notify you of the infringement of Nutaku’s intellectual property rights in the images listed below (the “Property”) on the http://www.imgur.com website. Copyright owner (“Owner”) of the Property has authorized Nutaku to defend Owner’s copyright interest against internet piracy worldwide in order to protect Nutaku’s exclusive rights to the Property. Demand is hereby made on behalf of Nutaku and Owner that you take immediate action to stop such infringements.

Included at the end of this letter are specific examples of http://www.imgur.com web pages linking to or providing access to image files that infringe upon Nutaku's and Owner’s intellectual property rights. Nutaku hereby demands that you promptly remove and disable the links to all unauthorized copies of the Property or works whose copyrights are owned or controlled by Nutaku on the http://www.imgur.com website of which you are aware, including the infringing file(s) identified below. To the extent that multiple different copies of the infringed copyrighted works described below can be found on and through your service, you are required to act expeditiously to remove or disable access to all such infringing copies. We also ask that you take appropriate actions against the user responsible for posting the link(s) or file(s) under your Terms of Use.

This letter is not a complete statement of Nutaku’s rights in connection with this matter, and nothing contained herein constitutes an express or implied waiver of any rights, remedies, or defenses of Nutaku in connection with this matter, all of which are expressly reserved.

I, the undersigned, swear under penalty of perjury that the information in this Notice is accurate and that I am an agent authorized to act on behalf of Nutaku. I have a good faith belief that the items or materials identified in this notice hereto are not authorized by Nutaku or Owner, their agents, or the law and therefore infringe Nutaku‘s and Owner’s rights.

We appreciate your cooperation in this matter. Please advise us regarding what actions you take.
